Refunds & Cancellation Policy

   

Refund & Cancellation Policy

**Effective date:** October 2, 2025

These policies complement the Terms of Service and specify how cancellations, refunds, rescheduling, and no-shows are handled for each offering. Specific dollar amounts or percentages are not included here and can be added manually to match your current rates.


A) Counselling & Coaching (1:1 sessions)

• Cancellation/Reschedule Window: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment time: no late-cancel charges apply.

• Late Cancellation (under 24 hours): A late-cancellation charge may apply.

• No-Show: A no-show charge may apply.

• Emergencies/Illness: Please contact us as soon as you’re able. Fees may be waived at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

• How to cancel/reschedule: Use your confirmation link or contact us by email/text as provided in your booking confirmation.


B) Multi-Session Packages (1:1)

• Refunds: Within 14 days of purchase and before any session is used, refunds are available. If some sessions were used, we refund the unused portion calculated at the then-current single-session rate for completed sessions.

• Expiry: Packages typically expire 12 months from purchase date. Unused sessions after expiry may be forfeited. 


C) Courses & Live Cohort Programs (education/coaching)

• Deposit/Registration Fee: Non-refundable (secures your seat and materials).

• Refunds before start: Refunds may be available prior to the program start date with deduction of the non‑refundable deposit/registration fee.

• Within 7 days of start: A partial refund may be available; details provided at checkout or in your welcome email.

• After the program starts: Refunds may be available depending on the specifics of the program.

• Transfers: One-time transfer to a future cohort of the same program may be permitted if requested before the 2nd live session and subject to availability (an administrative fee may apply).

• Substitutions: Enrolment is non-transferable without prior written approval.


D) Membership (e.g., Sage Success Club)

• Monthly plan: Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months.

• Annual plan: 14‑day money‑back guarantee from initial purchase date. After 14 days, you may cancel auto‑renewal; access remains until the end of the current term, with no prorated refunds.

• Renewals: Manage your subscription in your account or by contacting us.

• Misuse/Code of Conduct: We may suspend or terminate access for violations of community guidelines; refunds are not provided in such cases.


E) Workshops, Retreats & Events (single-session group events)

• Refunds: At least 72 hours before the event: full refund. Under 72 hours: no refund, but you may transfer your ticket to another person with written notice.

• Event changes: If we cancel or materially change an event, you will receive a full refund or may choose a credit/transfer.


F) Digital Products & Downloads

Because access is granted immediately, all sales are final for digital/downloadable resources, unless otherwise stated at purchase.


G) Technical Issues & Access

If platform issues prevent access to paid content, notify us within 7 days. We’ll restore access, provide an equivalent alternative, or issue a pro‑rated credit/refund where appropriate.


Please contact us first to resolve billing concerns. Unauthorized or unfounded chargebacks may result in account suspension. We comply with applicable consumer protection laws.


I) Gift Certificates & Promotional Credits

Non-refundable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to stated expiry dates and terms.


J) Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., illness, emergencies, power outages, platform failures, natural disasters). We will work with you in good faith to provide reasonable alternatives or credits.


K) How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Please contact us in the form below with your full name, the product/service, purchase date, and reason for the request. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
